What it does
The IROAD Hard Wiring Kit powers the dash cam directly from the car's fuse box so it keeps recording in parking mode when the engine is off, instead of shutting down with the ignition like a cigarette-socket lead. It gives the camera the constant feed parking mode needs, and on IROAD cameras it works with the Low Battery Prevention cut-off so the car battery is protected. An installer wires it in on the bench and hides the cabling.
